Speedflex™ offer a tailored service agreement for all our products. The law states all electrically operated doors should be subject to a regular service plan.
By servicing the door it ensures that not only does the door remain operational in a safe and secure manner but also it remains operationally efficient for the purpose it was installed.
Service contracts are available in either a 6 or 12 month agreement but more frequent plans are available on request. Each service is undertaken by a fully qualified engineer with all moving parts thoroughly tested and tightened if required.
Our engineer will service and inspect all necessary parts and documentation is provided to show what has been done and what possible components may need attention.
All engineers carry a large proportion of spare parts on the van and many services that provide evidence that a repair is needed can sometimes be undertaken on the same day.
All customers who have a service contract benefit from a reduced rate of fees for callouts and repairs. Any repairs that are required during the warranty period are exempt from any charges, please read your service manual that is issued with the purchase of every automatic door. If you have not received this manual within 4 weeks of the installation of your door please contact us immediately.
As with all automatic products it is vitally important that before the products warranty expires an inspection service is undertaken. This service ensures that if there are any faults, malfunctions or wear and tear is evident with any parts that they are replaced free of charge before the warranty date expires.
Speedflex also offer an exclusive package to customers with automatic doors not provided by ourselves as well as extended warranties.
