Speedflex high speed doors offer added security for doorways where passing pedestrian traffic is present.
Whilst the doors are not specifically designed for security purpose their fast opening and closing ensures that the building's contents are concealed quickly after each opening. The doors come as standard with a vision section through the centre but if requested a full solid curtain can be applied. The solid curtain restricts people's vision into the workplace when the door is not in operation.
All our high speed doors come with a diverse choice of opening devices including keypad, remote control and key code. This ensures that in restricted areas only authorised individuals can access the door.
Please note that due to the general structure of the high speed doors they are not recommended for installation for full security purposes. It is recommended that where security is not present a steel door is situated in front of the speed doors when not in use.
