Speedflex high speed doors and PVC partitioning both offer unique qualities when installed in temperature controlled environments. Our range of high speed doors can each be modified so that they are suitable for the environment they are to be installed in to.
Speedflex offer several different grades of curtain as well as the modifications that can be made to the door construction such as, heated elements installed into the framework, heated components in the motor and heated photo cells for safety. All these changes ensure the speed door can operate in temperatures upto -30 degrees whilst still maintaining the required temperature on each side of the door.
Speedflex partitioning is another ideal solution to create a temperature controlled area. Like the speed doors we can offer several different grades of curtain to ensure sufficient insulation.
The partition can be securely fixed in place to segregate the areas or you can choose to have a sliding track which means you can segregate the areas only when required. Whilst the partition can be manufactured using insulated curtain we cannot guarantee maximum insulation on the fixed edges.
Both the high speed doors and the partitioning help provide a more suitable working environment between temperature controlled areas.
